
One-on-One Life Coaching
There are five main challenges in getting the life you want:
1. Being confident in the direction you're taking your life
2. Keeping pressure in its place in order to harness & not be run over by it
3. Having the energy to be motivated to take necessary action
4. Having enough resources - time, money, energy - to thrive
5. Consistency: achieving what you want as often as you want it
If you can do all of these things you don't need a Life Coach. However, if you could do it better, perhaps you need a little help.
I work with a very limited number of Life Coaching clients who are serious about taking their life to the next level. They realise that the only way they're going to excel is by building, putting into action & practising better life skills.
What You Need To Have The Life You Want
What I believe is that people need only three things to get the life they want, sooner rather than later.
Firstly, you need commitment. You really must want to take your life to new heights. Ideally, you believe that your potential is limitless and worthy of being fulfilled. That living the best life you can really makes a difference. Life Coaching is one of the key vehicles that helps you take your life to where you want to go.
Secondly, you need ability. Ability comes from quality information and repetitive practice. Other people, including me, have the information but you have to do the practice. Of course, practice entails a good deal of trial and error.
Thirdly, you need Life Coaching. What this does is speed up your ability which saves you precious time. You can speed up your ability if you work with someone who's experienced in guiding people on their path. The reason? A lot less trial and error.
Life Coaching isn't for people who need someone to tell them what to do. You already know more than you can put into action. The thing is, you get stuck and your great plans don't amount to much. You have big ideas but you keep getting bogged down in the detail. Your ability hasn't caught up with what you want. And the trial and error is wearing you down.

Life Coaching Format
Coaching sessions can be done by phone or face to face (both are equally effective). All sessions can be taped for your use.
Clients agree to 12 Life Coaching sessions at a time. This includes 12 x 1 hour sessions with back up emails in between. Most clients arrange weekly or fortnightly sessions and secure the same time slot for 12 sessions in advance to make it easier for them to schedule. These time slots may be rearranged as you go, if necessary. Some clients prefer to be have sessions less often - we can work at your pace.
In the 12 Life Coaching hours we can accomplish a lot. It's not unusual for clients to gain an amazing sense of energy and direction as a result of focussing on and being held accountable to, what is truly important to them. I've often been told that they feel like they've been given their life back. The value of this coaching can run into the tens of thousands as clients make real, long-term changes that impact all areas of their lives, including financial. Below is a sample of what I cover with a typical client.
Sample Life Coaching Schedule - in 12 hours we might cover....
1st Session - Work on "Reality Check" & "Vision Clarification"
2nd Session - Learn how to make your vision a reality
3rd Session - "Habit Identification": What works, what doesn't

10th Session - Challenging assumptions
11th Session - Becoming familiar with the unknown
12th Session - Celebrating successes, big & small
Of course, every clients needs are different, so we focus on what you need to accomplish most. All sessions relate to your vision at all times. We may accomplish more or less than the schedule above.
In addition to the the twelve hours of coaching sessions, I will spend time reviewing materials, providing resources and sending you templates to support you in moving forward. And if you want, you get a cassette tape of every meeting.
Getting over personal obstacles
The biggest obstacles aren't external, they're internal. We all have various beliefs and thoughts that can sabotage our best efforts. If you think, "I don't deserve more than I have, I'm being too self centred, I'm not good enough, There's nothing special about me", then what you say will become a reality. If you have "Self Belief Allergy", I can help you as well. Once your limiting thoughts are out of the way, you'll be unstoppable!
