How Does it Work?

The groups are small, between 6-8 people. The groups meet weekly or fortnightly, by teleconference, to discuss relevant business topics, challenges, opportunities and strategies. The areas to be addressed will be determined by each individual group.

For example, in one session, the group may discuss and set individual goals and action plans around planning strategies. The next session may focus on marketing, followed by enhancing customer satisfaction or whatever the group believes they will benefit from most. Another option is for each participant to bring a specific issue to the teleconference for one session and for a nominated period, discuss the matter (eg 15 minutes), seek advice and input from the group and set up action plans.

They are designed to be interactive and to create a supportive learning environment in a defined topic area.

Participants are asked to come prepared with a specific goal in mind for the program and a willingness to take action.
